Visit to the Hindu Temple
Year 3 enjoyed their visit to the Hindu Temple in Preston on Tuesday. They saw statues of the various representations of the Hindu God, including Rama, Krishna and Ganesha. They also were able to do some quiet meditation before singing a song and using musical instruments to accompany.

Year 6 end of Sats party
We had a quick change of plan on Friday as the previously gorgeous weather of the week gave way to rain! Undeterred our party moved to the hall and we had a fab time playing badmington, Twister, Limbo, Hula Hoops and gymnastics! What a great way to end the week!

What a busy Week!
The sun has been out and we've had SATs! However we have managed to make the most of the weather as we had the opportunity to practise our cricket skills on Tuesday with the Lancashire under 11 coach Danny, and improve our athletics skills on Wednesday with Mr Huggan!

Spring Walk
On Wednesday 8th March we went on a spring walk to the woods. It was quite muddy! We noticed lots of buds growing on the trees and bushes. We saw lots of daffodil and crocuses and a few snowdrops. The woods looked beautiful with so many spring flowers!
